Roseburg Police cited a man for littering near waters on Monday.

An RPD report said at 8:50 a.m. the 56-year-old was contacted on the bike path in the 200 block of Southeast Pine Street because he had allegedly spread trash and other personal property over a large area and was blocking part of the bike path.

The man was released after the citation was issued.
