Roseburg Police jailed a man for alleged criminal trespass on Thursday.

An RPD report said just after 12:15 p.m. a 30-year-old was observed sitting at Eagles Park in the 700 block of Southeast Jackson Street, which is within the city exclusion zone. The man is currently excluded from the zone after receiving three city exclusion warnings.

The suspect was taken into custody without incident.
