ROSEBURG POLICE JAIL MAN AFTER TRAFFIC STOP

Roseburg Police jailed a man after a traffic stop on Thursday.

An RPD report said at 1:50 p.m. 44-year-old Troy Carlson was contacted during a traffic stop in the 900 block of Northwest Garden Valley Boulevard. Carlson returned with a suspended license at the misdemeanor level. The man had multiple warrants for his arrest. He was placed into handcuffs without incident. The warrants were confirmed, and the suspect was taken to corrections.

Carlson was charged with driving while suspended and for the warrants. He was detained on $21,250 bail.
