The Sutherlin Lions Club will host a Public Safety Open House and Appreciation BBQ on Thursday night from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

It will be held at the Sutherlin Fire Station, on South State Street. It is an opportunity to meet first responders and say thank you for always “Answering the Call”. Attendees are invited to check out the facility and equipment. Umpqua Valley Police K-9’s will be there as well. The event is free.
