Roseburg Police jailed a woman for depositing trash within 100 yards of a waterway, resisting arrest, and prohibited camping on Tuesday.

An RPD report said at 8:30 a.m. the 33-year-old was contacted at Gaddis Park in the 800 block of Northwest Highland Street. She was found in a heap of trash and debris that was spilling out of her tent.

The woman allegedly resisted officers when they attempted to take her into custody. She was detained on $5,000 bail.
