Roseburg Police cited a man for offensive littering on Tuesday morning.

An RPD report said just after 11:30 a.m. the 46-year-old was contacted in the 700 block of Southeast Stephens Street because he had trash and other debris spread across three parking spaces on a city lot. The man had been warned for littering on Saturday and Monday and did not clean up the trash.

The man was released after the citation was issued.
