Two people were cited by Roseburg Police for prohibited camping on Tuesday.

An RPD report said at 8:20 a.m. officers contacted a 60-year-old man and a 55-year-old woman in the 2000 block of West Harvard Avenue. The pair was camping in a tent next to the Stewart Parkway Bridge.

The camp was located in a prohibited area, was larger than ten feet by ten feet, and was set up after 8:00 a.m. Both were released after their citations were issued.
