Adapt Integrated Health Care will be closed for services May 27th for Memorial Day.

An Adapt release said this is for all non-crisis, non-residential services and sites in Douglas, Coos, Curry, and Josephine counties.

This will be a full-day closure with services resuming on May 28th.

24/7 Crisis Support Services will continue as normal and may be reached at any time at these numbers:

*Douglas County: 800-866-9780

*Coos County: 541-266-6800

*Curry County: 877-519-9322

*Josephine County 541-474-5360
