ROSEBURG POLICE JAIL WOMAN AFTER ALLEGED STRANGULATION INCIDENT

Roseburg Police jailed a woman after an alleged strangulation incident on Wednesday night.

An RPD report said at 10:30 p.m. 29-year-old Jacelyn Crosser allegedly assaulted a victim during the disturbance in the 2000 block of Northeast Stephens Street. Crosser reportedly strangled the victim, threatened to kill her with a knife, and subjected her to unwanted physical contact.

She was charged with domestic menacing, harassment, and strangulation. Crosser was detained without bail.
