A Myrtle Creek man was jailed by Roseburg Police following a reported hospital incident on Wednesday.

An RPD report said shortly after 2:20 p.m. officers responded to CHI Mercy Medical Center on Northwest Stewart Parkway regarding a 44-year-old who allegedly refused to leave after being treated. The male reportedly threatened to get violent with security if they forced him to leave. Officers gave the suspect ample opportunities to leave, but he did not. He was taken into custody and charged with second-degree criminal trespass.

The man was detained on $1,250 bail. He was released later in the evening.
