The Oregon State University Extension Service and Master Food Preservers are offering a workshop on food storage and meal planning on two upcoming dates.

It will be held on May 16th from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and on June 1st from 10:00 a.m.to 1:00 p.m. at the Elkton Community Education Center.

Presenters will share information on how to stock a pantry on a budget so that healthy meals are always on hand. Food Preservers will walk attendees through the basics of meal planning, smart shopping, and safe food storage.
