Roseburg Police jailed a man following an alleged menacing incident on Wednesday.

An RPD report said shortly before 2:00 pm., officers responded after a caller said there was an irate customer at Ace Cash Express in the 700 block of Northeast Stephens Street. 29-year-old Kristopher Frank allegedly told employees that if they did not fix his card, he would “shoot them”.

The business was placed in lockdown, due to the threat. Officers contacted Frank. He was taken into custody on charges of menacing, and second-degree counts of disorderly conduct and criminal trespass. Frank was detained on $7,500 bail.
