Roseburg Police cited a teen for minor in possession of marijuana on Wednesday.

An RPD report said at 12:50 p.m. the 13-year-old female was allegedly found to be in possession of a marijuana vape pen at Joseph Lane Middle School in the 2100 block of Northeast Vine Street.

The teen was released after the citation was issued.
