A Roseburg woman was hospitalized after a traffic crash during Monday’s afternoon commute.

A Roseburg Police report said at 5:00 p.m. two vehicles were involved in a collision at the intersection of Northeast Diamond Lake Boulevard and Northeast Stephens Street. Both drivers stated that they had green lights. The investigation into the accident was inconclusive as the traffic signals were operating properly.

One driver, a 71-year-old woman, was transported to CHI Mercy Medical Center due to complaints of pain. The other driver, a 29-year-old year old woman did not have insurance and was cited for driving uninsured.

One vehicle had to be towed from the scene.
