Roseburg Police cited a man for offensive littering early Tuesday.

An RPD report said at 1:20 a.m. the 44-year-old was contacted in the 300 block of Southeast Oak Avenue at a camp under the Oak Avenue Bridge, which is a restricted area for camping. The camp was blocking most of the bike path and was surrounded by litter.

The man was also cited for prohibited camping and was released at the scene.
