Roseburg Police cited a man for DUII-alcohol on Monday night.

An RPD report said just before 8:30 p.m. the 40-year-old was stopped for failing to use his vehicle’s headlights near the intersection of Southeast Stella Street and Southeast Court Avenue. During the stop, officers observed signs of impairment. The driver agreed to perform standard field sobriety tests and allegedly performed poorly.

He was taken into custody for driving under the influence of intoxicants and was cited and released after providing a breath sample.
