UMPQUA VALLEY TEN DEGREES ABOVE NORMAL EARLY THIS WEEK

The Umpqua Valley will experience high temperatures about ten degrees above normal for the next couple of days.

Forecasters at the National Weather Service said the mercury will reach the low to mid 70’s on Monday and Tuesday. The high temperatures for this part of April are normally around 65 degrees. Wednesday is forecast to cool to the upper 60s with the chance of rain starting on Thursday.

Over this past weekend, the highs at the Roseburg Regional Airport were 70 degrees on Saturday and 67 degrees on Sunday.
