Roseburg Police jailed a man Thursday for an alleged prior littering incident.

An RPD report 24-year-old Kai Valente was on video throwing trash all over the ground and dumping multiple trash cans over, behind a business in the 400 block of Southeast Oak Street. Valente was located at 12:00 p.m. during an unrelated incident.

He was charged with first and third-degree counts of criminal mischief, offensive littering, and a probation violation. Bail was set at $2,500.
