Roseburg Police cited a man for DUII early Thursday.

An RPD report said just before 2:00 a.m. an officer pulled over a vehicle for having expired registration stickers near the intersection of Southeast Rose Street and Southeast Douglas Avenue. This was adjacent to the Public Safety Center.

During contact officers noticed signs of impairment. After initially refusing to perform standard field sobriety tests, the 26-year-old eventually performed them and allegedly did so poorly. He was transported to corrections where he was cited for driving under the influence of an intoxicant. The man was also cited for driving uninsured and failure to change vehicle registration. He was then released.
