ONLINE ENROLLMENT OPENS APRIL 22ND FOR ROSEBURG SCHOOL DISTRICT

Online enrollment for the Roseburg School District will open Monday April 22nd for the 2024-25 school year.

A district release said all new, returning, and re-enrolling students will be required to enroll online to begin the registration process.

Assistant Superintendent Michelle Knee said families can access a comprehensive guide to the online registration process, including necessary documents and parent portal links, at the district’s website: https://www.roseburg.k12.or.us/families/enrollmentandregistration/onlineenrollmentandregistration. Knee said this initial step is important for students of all grades, leading to final in-person registration in the fall.

The release said Roseburg School District emphasizes foundational learning in reading, writing and math while offering students a range of experiences and opportunities to spark their love for education. Programs and activities include:

*Robotics Clubs

*STEM/STEAM lessons

*Career and technical education programs

*Career pathways

*Job skills training

*Award-winning band and choir programs

*A variety of athletic programs

*School gardens

*Leadership opportunities and more

Superintendent Jared Cordon said, “Our goal at Roseburg School District is to help every student in every grade find joy for learning and inspiration for success”. Cordon said, “Our district’s strategy for student success centers on our goal to ensure all students receive the care, support and instruction needed to graduate from high school with plans for their most successful futures”.
