Roseburg Police cited a woman for using marijuana in public on Tuesday night.

An RPD report said at 6:45 p.m. officers contacted the 25-year-old in front of the Roseburg Public Library in the 1400 block of Northeast Diamond Lake Boulevard where she was allegedly smoking marijuana.

The woman reportedly refused to stop smoking and was ultimately cited for the violation. She was released after the citation was issued.
