Roseburg Police cited two people for prohibited camping on Thursday.

An RPD report said just before 10:50 a.m. officers contacted the 41-year-old man and 55-year-old woman at transient camps under the bridge at Stewart Park in the 2000 block of Northwest Stewart Parkway.

Multiple occupants of camps cleaned their camps and left the area. The two campers were identified and released after being given their citations.
