A Roseburg man was cited following a high-speed wreck in the Umpqua National Forest on Thursday night.

A Douglas County Sheriff’s Office report said just after 9:30 p.m. 27-year-old Bradley Davison was traveling at a high rate of speed on Toketee Rigdon Road near Thorn Prairie Road, just past the hot springs. Davison’s sedan went off the road and rolled. Davison was partially ejected, while the two passengers sustained minor injuries.

The driver was transported to CHI Mercy Medical Center for moderate injuries. No significant signs of intoxication were detected when Davison was contacted in the ambulance near the crash scene. However, a 20-year-old passenger was moderately intoxicated.

Davison was cited and released for reckless driving, driving while suspended-violation, driving uninsured, and failure to maintain a seatbelt. The 20-year will be contacted and cited for minor in possession. The driver was given a couple of days to get the vehicle removed from the accident scene.
