Roseburg Police cited a man for a littering incident on Wednesday.

An RPD report said at 8:45 a.m. officers contacted the 43-year-old in his camp in the 1400 block of Northwest Stewart Park Drive after receiving numerous complaints from citizens. His camp was approximately 20 feet by 20 feet and consisted of mostly trash.

He was cited for depositing trash within 100 yards of a waterway and for prohibited camping. The man was released after being cited and was told to clean up his mess.
