Roseburg Police cited a man Monday night for an alleged prior theft incident.

An RPD report said at 8:20 p.m. officers contacted the 28-year-old in the 200 block of Northwest Garden Valley Boulevard regarding a previous case involving a stolen electric tricycle. The man allegedly admitted to taking the tricycle, owned by an elderly victim, after he found it near a port-o-potty.

He was released after being cited.
