A Prospect man was charged with DUII by the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office late Wednesday.

A DCSO report said at 11:00 p.m. a deputy responded to a non-injury crash in the 300 block John Long Road in the Oakland area. The 55-year-old driver showed signs of impairment. He refused standard field sobriety tests. He was transported to corrections where implied consent was read. The man provided a blood alcohol level of 0.15 and was taken into custody.
