Business Champions for KIDs – a program of the Douglas Education Service District will have the Family Friendly Employer Summit on Thursday.

It will be held in the conference space of Aviva Health on the non-profit campus on Northeast Kenneth Ford Drive, just north of Costco from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Speakers will cover topics including- Supporting Working Parents: Employers Matter, Successful Employer Sponsored Childcare Partnerships, Employer Resources to Support a Family Friendly Workplace, Building Partnerships with Local Childcare Operators, and more.

The summit is sponsored by: Douglas ESD, Business Champions for Kids, Douglas County Childcare Coalition, Aviva Health, CHI Mercy Health, Roseburg Forest Products, Southwestern Workforce Investment Bord and Express Employment Professionals.
