Roseburg Police jailed a woman for alleged disorderly conduct following an incident Thursday morning.

An RPD report said just after 7:30 a.m. officers observed the 30-year-old unlawfully walk across the street in front of traffic in the 700 block of Northeast Stephens Street. The pedestrian allegedly continued to obstruct traffic, forcing several vehicles to stop. The female was contacted and identified. She was arrested on the charge of second-degree disorderly conduct. Bail was set at $2,500.
