March 29, 2024 11:00 a.m. 

An RPD report said just after 12:00 a.m. the 37-year-old was pulled over in the 500 block of West Umpqua Street for a traffic violation. The man consented to standard field sobriety tests and reportedly performed poorly. He was taken into custody and transported to corrections where he provided a breath and urine sample.

The man was released after being cited.
