Aviva Health’s new Sutherlin Clinic will open on Monday at 775 Taylor Street.

Late last year, the previous clinic building in Sutherlin, which Aviva had been leasing, was sold. The change in ownership presented Aviva Health with an opportunity to purchase a building of its own.

Aviva Health’s Vice President of Clinical Operations Lauren Haddock said the new Taylor Street location is ideal. Haddock said, “Its very close to the city center, has easy access to and from Interstate 5 and the lot offers space for expansion should the need arise”.

The 5,300 square foot building was previously home to a denture lab. It offers eight exam rooms and one procedure room. The building sits on a three-acre lot.

The new Sutherlin Clinic will be open weekdays from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Services offered will include family medicine and pediatrics. Behavioral health care and dietitian support is available via telemedicine.
