Roseburg Police jailed a man for violating a no contact order on Tuesday afternoon.

An RPD report said just after 3:10 p.m. officers received information that 31-year-old Justin Garcia was at a residence in the 800 block of Northeast Nash Street, against a no contact order. Officers contacted Garcia and took him into custody.

At corrections Garcia was booked for contempt of court and for four counts of violation of a release agreement, due to multiple other times where he violated the order. He was detained on $20,000 bail.
