A transient was jailed for an alleged disorderly conduct in south county on Tuesday afternoon.
A Douglas County Sheriff’s Office report said at 3:15 p.m. 39-year-old Raul Rosario was called in by several people for acting erratic in the middle of the southbound lane in the 900 block of North Old Pacific Highway in Myrtle Creek. Rosaro allegedly threw an unknown object at two vehicles, causing $500 worth of damage to each of them. He was reportedly found to be in possession of a violation amount of methamphetamine.
Rosario was charged with two counts of second-degree criminal mischief, second-degree disorderly conduct and was cited for the meth. He was detained without bail.
