Roseburg Police cited two people for prohibited camping on Tuesday.

An RPD report said just after 5:00 p.m. officers contacted the 53-year-old man and 48-year-old woman under the pavilion at Gaddis Park in the 800 block of Northwest Highland Street. The pair were informed they were in a restricted area per the Time, Place and Manner ordinance.

The were released after the citation was issued.
