Roseburg Police added additional charges to a man who is already in jail, after contacting him on Tuesday night at approximately 11:00 p.m.

An RPD report said 56-year-old Tony Palm allegedly made numerous attempts to contact the victim via cell phone and U.S. Mail between January 3rd and February 20th of this year while he was incarcerated at the Douglas County Jail. There is a valid restraining order and a no contact order in place with Palm as the respondent, which he allegedly violated.

RPD added charges of three counts each of restraining order violation and violation of a no contact order, plus tampering with a witness. Palm is now held on 24 charges and detained on $225,000 bail.
