Roseburg Police jailed a man for an alleged trespass incident on Friday night.

An RPD report said at approximately 8:10 p.m. officers responded to the 1800 block of Northeast Stephens Street after a caller said there was an intoxicated man who was refusing to leave the property. When asked the leave the property by an officer the man reportedly refused numerous times.

He was charged with second-degree criminal trespass. Bail was set at $1,250.
