A Roseburg man was cited for allegedly stealing cat food on Saturday.

An RPD report said at 10:30 a.m. the 72-year-old was caught by loss prevention at a store in the 2300 block of Northwest Stewart Parkway after he allegedly stole two cans of cat food. The man was cited for second-degree theft and was released on the scene.
