Roseburg Police cited and released a man for a warrant on Thursday morning. An RPD report said at 11:50 a.m. officers contacted the 47-year-old in the 200 block of Northwest Garden Valley Boulevard. The warrant was out of Cottage Grove. The man was given a new court date to appear.
