A Roseburg man was cited for offensive littering by Roseburg Police Wednesday afternoon.

An RPD report said at 3:30 p.m. officers contacted the 46-year-old at his camp in an alley between Southeast Cass Street and Southeast Lane Avenue. Officers noticed a large amount of trash surrounding his tent. The man was cited for offensive littering and advised to clean up the trash.
