The Oregon Department of Human Services First Thursday event is happening on Thursday from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Organizer Kathryn Garland said this month over 30 community agencies will be on site. That includes organizations that provide:

*Housing and Homeless services

*Employment and Training programs

*Children and Family services

*Health and Wellness resources

*Veteran’s programs

*Senior and Disability services

Other resources will be available along with a free community meal.

The event is held in the gymnasium of Saint Joseph’s Catholic Church on West Stanton Street. It will return to the parking lot of ODHS on West Harvard Avenue starting in May.
