Roseburg Police cited a man for driving under the influence of intoxicants-alcohol on Monday night.

An RPD report said at 8:15 p.m. an officer conducted a traffic stop after observing a traffic violation near the intersection of Northeast Airport Road and Northeast Stewart Parkway. The driver was identified as a 62-year-old and the officer observed signs of impairment. The man consented to standard field sobriety tests and allegedly performed poorly. He submitted a breath sample and was cited and released from custody. His vehicle was released to a sober driver.
