WINSTON POLICE JAIL WOMAN FOR REPORTED DISORDERLY CONDUCT/MISUSE OF 911

Winston Police jailed a woman for a reported disorderly conduct incident early Sunday.

Sergeant Mike Miller said at about 3:20 a.m. 45-year-old Angela Osburn allegedly called 911. Miller said Osburn reportedly rambled and yelled at dispatchers with no emergency. When officers responded to her residence, she allegedly acted in a tumultuous manner.

Osburn was charged with second-degree disorderly conduct, improper use of 911 and  for a Roseburg municipal warrant. She was detained without bail.
