Roseburg Police cited a man for a warrant after contacted him on Monday afternoon.

An RPD report said just before 4:50 p.m. officers spotted the man in the 900 block of Southeast Rowe Avenue and knew he had an unworked warrant for his arrest. The warrant was confirmed, and the man was transported to CHI Mercy Medical Center due to an infection. He was cited for the warrant and was released at the hospital.
