The City of Roseburg Parks and Recreation Department is seeking park-loving volunteers to help them out.

Residents can help weed, plant, mulch, pick up trash and more. It’s an opportunity to spend time outside learning about plants and how to care for them.

Parks and Rec are seeking volunteers who are at least 18-years old for at least an hour, twice a week on weekdays, for three months or more. Tools and gloves will be provided. Those helping can choose from these parks: Beulah, Brown, Parrott Creek, Quintas, Riverside or Thompson.
