The Sutherlin Throwdown will be back in July and organizers are holding a Kansas City Barbeque Association Judging Class on Saturday March 2nd.

Attendees will earn their KCBS Judging Certificate, which qualifies them to judge KCBS BBQ competitions all over the world. This will also be a class for teams wanting to learn how to do competition BBQ.

The cost of the class is $60 and KCBS membership is required. It will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the community building at Central Park.
