Roseburg Police jailed a man for alleged criminal trespass on Sunday.
An RPD report said 40-year-old Edward Green was previously trespassed from a business in the 100 block of Northeast Garden Valley Boulevard and returned to warm up at about 9:20 p.m. At some point Green allegedly started taking off his pants and an employee tried to get the man to leave, but he reportedly refused.
After yelling at the employee and at a customer’s family, Green allegedly lunged towards them. The husband of a customer pushed the suspect away and he left. An officer located Green a couple blocks away, detained him until the investigation was complete and then placed him under arrest.
During a search of Green’s person, a violation amount of methamphetamine was allegedly found in his possession.
He was charged with second-degree counts of criminal trespass and disorderly conduct and cited for meth. Green was detained on $3,750 bail.
