A Yoncalla woman was jailed by the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office for an alleged theft incident.

A DCSO report said on Thursday morning at 11:45 a.m. a business called and said that a 45-year-old woman had stayed there the previous night. The employee said they noticed the suspect had taken the bedding and towels when they left the location. The value was said to be $150.

The woman was located Friday and charged with second-degree theft. She was detained without bail.
