Adapt Integrated Health Care will relocate its Opioid Treatment Program as of Tuesday February 20th.

The program will now be at 406 Northeast Winchester Street, a block north of the Roseburg Public Library. The former location will officially close on Monday, February 19th to complete the relocation. The clinic phone number of 673-2770 will remain the same. Clinic hours will remain the same: 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. while dosing hours will continue from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
