A Roseburg woman was charged with misuse of 911 by Roseburg Police on Friday.

An RPD report said at 9:45 a.m. officers responded to the 500 block of Southeast Colorado Drive. The woman had allegedly called 911 to report that she wanted food, and threatened dispatchers if she did not receive any. Officers were told that the suspect had called dispatch on other dates for non-emergency reasons and was warned not to.

The woman told officers that she did in fact call 911 to request food. She was arrested without incident. Bail was set at $2,500.
