Roseburg Police cited a woman for reported harassment Saturday night.

An RPD report said at 11:45 p.m. officers responded to a residence in the 2100 block of Northwest Calkins Avenue. They discovered that a 39-year-old had allegedly spit at a victim and hit her in the chest. She was released after a citation was issued.
