A Roseburg man was jailed by the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office for second-degree disorderly conduct on Tuesday.
A DCSO report said the 30-year-old was called in multiple times during the day for yelling at people and walking by the area of Industrial Drive and Carnes Road in Green. Deputies talked to the man, and he was advised of disorderly conduct. Later the suspect was contacted by a homeowner with a shotgun after allegedly harassing his wife out-in-front of their residence.
The man was contacted again at about 3:45 p.m. and taken into custody near the intersection of Green Avenue and Burdette Drive. He was detained on $1,000 bail.
